When you make a purchase all the Tshirts are hot of the press so you’ll feel how fresh and crispy the final product is when you receive it. We do our very best to ship out the shirts within 4-6 business days. We ship all Tshirts via United Postal Service which we found to be the most reliable and best option for you. All Tshirts are being shipped from Charlotte, North Carolina, USA! The shipping costs are based on the country you’re ordering from, so when you’re at the checkout, once you choose your delivery address the shipping prices will be updated at the bottom of the checkout page. You can also see below for our shipping rates.

We do run promotional campaigns throughout the year that usually involves discounted shipping or even free shipping so keep an eye on our newsletter, our Facebook and Twitter feed. Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. Can I change my order?

If you made an order within 48 hours, but changed your mind about the Tshirt specs, you can e-mail us on the Contact page and we’ll ship you the correct order.

What if I only received part of my order?

This is usually rare as our team hand packing your order. However, mistakes can happen. If you only received part of your order, we apologize and will be happy to fix the issue ASAP. Please contact us on the Contact page with your order number and specify which part of your order you didn’t receive and we’ll send it out to you ASAP. This is done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake!

Will I be alerted when the product gets shipped?

Yes. When you make your order on our site you will get an e-mail from us with the details what you’ve ordered. We will also send you an e-mail once the Tshirt(s) being sent via United Postal Services.

What if I didn’t receive my order within the timeframe that you promised?

Unfortunately we have no control once the product has left our building, but we want to make sure that you get your order regardless. In a case like this, please e-mail us with your order number, your name or e-mail address and we’ll try to find your order!
